Form of Payment & Cancellation Policy
Forms of Payment:
You can make a bank transfer either in USD or Quetzales, we will provide you with the bank details. We also accept cash payments in U.S. Dollars or Quetzales check our rate exchange.
Credit Cards: We have a secure platform for you to make your payment using one of those: Visa, Master Card or American Express. (An additional surcharge of 5% of the total price applies.)

Cancellation Policy
The tours are non-refundable after being confirmed and paid.
Additional refunds CAN NOT be made for “no-shows” or any unused part of an itinerary whether voluntary, caused by airline delay or cancellation, or any other factor beyond the control of Panorama Tours GUA. This includes - but is not limited to - acts of God (sickness, injury, poor health, weather, etc.) strike, detention, riot, war, quarantine, theft, civil disturbances, government regulations or restrictions, third-party or subcontractor negligence, or any other. No responsibility can be accepted for expenses incurred due to delay or change in schedule or other causes.
